Thank you for your order!
We offer a 30 day return policy, and a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Should you be unhappy for any reason and wish to return the goods to us within the 30 days please get in touch by email [email protected] or calling 0208 629 2410.
Please read below for what to expect during delivery.
The person/customer receiving the delivery is responsible for inspecting the shipment for any damage or missing boxes, pallets, and or products. Any of this should be noted on the shippers paperwork and pictures of the boxes/products should be taken for record. Failure to do so could result in CCC not being responsible for any replacements or returns.
If shipment is incomplete/ missing boxes, pallets or products, please note on the delivery drivers consignment note the number of missing boxes, pallets, or products. Report anything missing asap to CCC with your order number and whether or not the shipment was signed for.
If shipment is damaged please take pictures of damaged boxes/products. Determine if damage is severe enough to refuse the shipment. If you decide to accept the shipment and want replacements, please still note on the consignment note what/how many of the shipment is damaged. Report any damage asap to CCC with your order number, pictures, and whether or not the shipment was signed for.
If all is accounted for and not damaged please accept the delivery and sign for it. Should you wish to return any unwanted items please contact us first for instructions.

If you require something urgently we can arrange same day delivery or a timed next day before 10.30am/12pm delivery please get in touch.
We can also ship anywhere within Europe so let us know your requirement and we will gladly help.
Most orders received before 1pm will ship same day for next day delivery.
99% of our orders are fulfilled on time. We will always attempt to meet customers delivery deadlines however problems can arise as we use third party couriers and therefore we cannot guarantee accurate delivery dates and times.
It is always best to place orders in advance to avoid any issues.
WARRANTY
Crowd Control Company products all carry a 3 year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defective material or workmanship. This limited warranty excludes damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. Except where specified Crowd Control Company products are designed for indoor use and this limited warranty does not apply where products have been used outdoors, in maritime environments, in any other unforeseen environs, or in any manner for which the products are not inherently designed for usage. Buyer shall inform Crowd Control Company within 48 hours of an occurrence. Crowd Control Company, on receipt of the defective products, will carry out a claim investigation and, if finding the claim justified, shall without cost to the Buyer repair or replace the defective products. There are no warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond the description herein.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
These are issues in the construction of the product. This does not include general wear and tear or anything that falls under the umbrella term of degredation due to use.
